Typical installations

The WE-50 folder / gluer is ideal for high-volume, straight-line folding carton production such as 12-pack and 24-pack beverage sleeves.

The highest-efficiency production is realized when using a WSI Express Feeder, a WSI Express Packer and a WSI Case Positioner with the WE-50.

Specialized applications

The WE-50's modular design enables it to be customized for specific needs. Depending upon carton sizes, carton styles and production speeds, shorter or longer machine sections can be provided.

Models

For conventional folding carton work, Western Express gluers can be supplied as a straight-line only machine, with auto-lock bottom, or with 4 / 6-corner backfold capability.

A larger WE-60C model is available for companies running carton board, E-flute, and B-flute blanks up to 60-inches in width.
