Accumulators

Fixed Accumulators

A fixed accumulator is available for flame sealers dedicated on one size carton.  Sizes available included the standard 1/1 liter and fractional, or SCS (ECO) sizes.

Adjustable Accumulators

The adjustable accumulator can be set to count and accumulate different slug counts and lengths.  This accumulator is easy to set up and operate - the operator simply enters the slug count, length, and carton size parameters using a touch-screen display.

Manual Packing

WSI Edge Pack

The WSI Edge Pack accumulates cartons and presents them to the catchers on the folded edge so cartons are easier to pick up and pack.  It is not uncommon for one person to pack at a rate that previously would have required two or more catchers.

The WSI Edge Pack is an efficient workstation with component placement that optimizes the packer's movement and reduces fatigue.  This improved efficiency allows more time for final inspection which helps maintain a high quality product.
