WSI Carton Turning System operation

Shingled cartons enter the WSI Carton Turning System from the gluer's delivery apron (1) and move onto a short, transverse conveyor (2).  The transverse conveyor directs cartons 90-degrees to the right to a powered U-shaped conveyor (3).

Cartons continue around the U-conveyor (4, 5).  The cartons cross a set of powered rollers and move onto a second transverse conveyor (6) where they move 90-degrees to the right to the case packer's infeed conveyor.
