The WSI Express Packer
is an automatic case packer for medium-to-large format folding cartons and corrugated product.
Applications
The WSI Express Packer is designed for running significant volumes of medium-to-large size cartons in a single-layer, single-row configuration. Ideal cartons include glue-end styles such as detergent, cereal, tissue and beverage sleeves.
The WSI Express Packer meets informal industry standards for "large" cartons. Standard packers accommodate carton sizes ranging from 8-inches wide by 8-inches long through 20-inches wide by 24-inches long. Special machines for wider or longer sizes can be custom-engineered.
Design
The design of the WSI Express Packer is straight-forward - the machine simply creates a stack of cartons and pushes it into a corrugated case. The machine is also designed for simple setup and changeovers. Speeds up to 8 cases per minute can be achieved with quality product and qualified personnel. The WSI Express Packer can be configured in many ways and with different options to meet customer-specific needs.
