WSI provides customized equipment

for specialized folding carton production.

New equipment for special projects includes:

• inserter machines - to place cartonboard liners onto carton blanks
• servo-timed stream feeders
• a mechanically-timed denicking system for straight-line folder / gluers
• handle inserters - to place paper strap handles onto carton blanks
• press stacker - to create stacks of blanks after the press / die-cutting
• heavy-duty compression sections for bottle carrier production

Equipment modifications for special projects has included:

• installing a handle applicator and inserter to an FZ right-angle gluer
• adding dual-photo film registration and die-cutting to a Gladiator window machine
• carton turner - to apply tape and glue overnight boxes in a single-pass operation
